scheduling assistance is available to all

reminder call to the claimant the night
before, appointment confirmation with patient
and the medical facility to avoid no shows or
missing appointments, tracking and follow up
with the claimant and the case manager from
pick up to drop off,
18 miles within ANY city limits, pick up fee,
drop off fee, dead miles and 1 (one) hour of
waiting time in city limits are ALL services
included in this rate.
Outside City Limit Areas*
From one city to another:
We charge the minimum round trip rate
($70.00) plus $2.40 per mile. This rate
includes: Transportation coordination.
