General Terms
Customer must be 18 years or older to sign contract.
Customer may be asked to present GHUSA
Executive & Luxury Transportation
with a photo ID in order to obtain transportation services from
GHUSA
Executive & Luxury Transportation
If a minor requires transportation services, the contract will have to
be signed by a parent or legal guardian. (a Parental Consent form must
be signed for every minor present in the vehicle.)
The full payment is due in cash at the signing of the contract, when
the reservation is made (Except Airport Transfer reservations, Credit
Cards
accepted for this
service.*)
Special Conditions:
-All reservations must be paid in full at the signing of the contract.
-A credit card number is required for incidentals even if the
reservation is paid in cash.
-All cancellations made less than four (2) WEEKS form the engagement
will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Deposits are NOT
refundable.
-There will be no refund on Cancellations made less than 48 hours from
engagement (unless rescheduled, see below)
-All cancellations have to be submitted in writing and they have to be
confirmed with a cancellation confirmation number.
-If you would like to postpone or reschedule a service for another
date, a $150 fee will apply.
GHUSA
Executive & Luxury Transportation
will refund the client if the vehicle becomes inoperable due to
mechanical problems at anytime during the course of the contract.
GHUSA
Executive & Luxury Transportation
will be responsible for providing only the services agreed upon in the
contract.
Absolutely no smoking will be allowed in the vehicles.
Our Drivers will be more than happy to stop to allow you to step
outside and smoke, just let them know.
