This rate covers the following services:

Transportation coordination 24/7/365, multilingual scheduling assistance is available to all claimants, reminder call to the claimant the night before, appointment confirmation with patient and the medical facility to avoid no shows or missing appointments, tracking and follow up with the claimant and the case manager from pick up to drop off, 18 miles within ANY city limits, pick up fee, drop off fee, dead miles and 1 (one) hour of waiting time in city limits are ALL services included in this rate.
